I  am Juan Lenju, brother  of Julian Lenju. I am in the fourth grade at Dawn International  School. I am nine years old, kind and friendly, and looking out for adventures. I like making new friends, swimming, playing football and drawing. I sketch very fast and most of my drawings end up like cartoons. That is what my grandma says. I am happy helping others and animals and even insects. I like learning new things and even languages. I communicate in Hindi with my sibling, which only we understand. Sometimes, I create on-the-spot short stories and recite them to the amazement of my granny, who says it is spoken word poetry. My aim, now is to become a footballer. I also like to make people around me laugh and smile.  I like being called Dany, which is my pet name.

THRUST: HEATWAVE HIGHWAYS CHAPTER 8
Rohith V Rahul

As I got into the jeep to head over to this so-called mystery place, I wondered what it would look like.
Would it be large or small? Colorful or dull?
But I soon found the answer to those questions.
My jeep approached a small, shabby-looking house. It looked like a typical Indian house. The cream-colored paint was covered in years of dust and grime, and the windows were just as dusty. At the front of the house sat a Suntan 700. This car had been around since I was born.
“This is it. Your new home,” my agent said.
“Wow! It’s really well blended in. My attackers won’t know where to find me now!”
“We know. We spent years finding the perfect places to hide our clients, and I think we’ve made the right choice.”
As I entered the house, I noticed something strange about the smell. Or rather, the lack of one.
There wasn’t any smell at all. Considering the house’s age, I had expected it to reek of all sorts of things.
Other than that, it looked exactly like a typical 2000s home, complete with an old TV in the living room.
Apart from the living room, there was one bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom. All in all, it was pretty small, but it had everything I needed to live comfortably.
“Here are some noodles. Whenever you’re hungry, just take some, boil them, and eat.”
“You don’t have a job right now, and most importantly, try to stay indoors at all costs.”
“Only step out for groceries and other essentials.”
“Alright, sir. I understand.”
“Well, that’s all I can say for now.”
“Best of luck!”
“You too.”
After the police chief left, there wasn’t really much to do. That was when I realized I had become so accustomed to modern digital gadgets that I actually felt bored without them.
Well, my use of gadgets was going to decrease significantly. Maybe that was how someone who thought it was impossible to live without gadgets yesterday could suddenly find himself perfectly fine without them today.
Maybe they had all been hunted down by some mysterious group, just like me or something.
Anyway, I later went out, bought a car-cleaning kit, and cleaned the Suntan 700 sitting on the porch.
Now I knew its original color: maroon.
Overall, it looked to be in pretty decent condition.
In the end, I decided to ask the police chief if I could keep it.
“Hello, is this—”
“Yes, we know, Hrithik.”
“Can you please pass the phone to—”
I suddenly realized that I had forgotten the agent’s number. Oh, how foolish of me!
“Yes, I’m passing the phone.”
What? How did she even know?
But I didn’t have enough time to think about that.
“Hello, Hrithik.”
“Yes, so, I wanted to ask you a question.”
“Yes, please ask me.”
“So, you know the car in front of the property?”
“Yes.”
“So, can I keep it?”
