THE GHOST
Here comes the finest period of the year,
With a splash all stresses disappear.
Relax , enjoy and play,
Are the few items of the day .
My friends come to my home ,
Together we emuse, dine and roam .
We arrange picnics, camps and trips in this vacation,
Visit beaches, new places and hill stations.
Oh ! Holiday home work, so much boring !
Not now tomorrow we will be doing.
We wish this vacation never ends,
The most memorable period for all of our friends.

I was alone in my house,
Suddenly the lights went off
And I saw a little mouse,
Jumping hop , hop ,hop .
I chased it and caught ,
It was so cute,
I kept it with me ,
To make my friend.
My house was so dark,
I went to a hall near by with dim light,
Alone I was there, with the little mouse ,
I heard a strange sound and trembled with fear .
When I entered deeper and deeper,
The sound " Give me my mouse" became louder and louder.
The moment I turned back,
I saw a ghost on the same track
Following me , I cried, "Mummy! Mummy! "
With a violent shake from Mummy, I woke up ,
It was a dream, neither a fact nor a joke.
