Guru

This watercolour is dedicated to all teachers. I painted on the day of Guru Purnima.

Dr Saurabh Sanyal is  a medical graduate from Calcutta National Medical College and MS ophthalmology from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. He has also done MBA (Health Care) from Sikkim Manipal University. Previously director of Disha Eye Hospital,Hoogly. Presently having his two eye hospital setups with all sub specialities. Received many awards for scientific presentation s in the country. 

He played cricket for Indian Army team in Services tournament while he served as Short Service Medical officer in Army. Painting is his passion. 

A strong follower of Swami Vivekananda he is engaged in charitable works of Ramakrishna Mission in deep Himalayan villages in Uttarakhand. His key words in life ”Science, Service, Humanity“
