Julian Lenju, son of Capt. Lenju Paul and Dr Jennifer Sakhya is a student of Dawn International School in Ernakulam, Kerala. He is in the sixth grade now. He likes painting and indulges in it when he visits his grandmother.
His early paintings where imitations. Being untutored, he tries to imitate what he sees. He made his first painting on a hard board when he was three years old. It is proudly displayed in his grandmother's house. He and his younger brother communicate in a language that is close to Hindi, a register the siblings created, which only they understand. Apart from painting, he is also keen on his studies and loves playing football.
A silent observer, he is fond of animals especially cats.

Juan Lenju
I am Juan Lenju, brother of Julian Lenju. I am in the fourth grade at Dawn International School. I am nine years old, kind and friendly, and looking out for adventures. I like making new friends, swimming, playing football and drawing. I sketch very fast and most of my drawings end up like cartoons. That is what my grandma says. I am happy helping others and animals and even insects. I like learning new things and even languages. I communicate in Hindi with my sibling, which only we understand. Sometimes, I create on-the-spot short stories and recite them to the amazement of my granny, who says it is spoken word poetry. My aim, now is to become a footballer. I also like to make people around me laugh and smile. I like being called Dany, which is my pet name.

The call was deeply unsettling it’s not every day you know some random number calls you and says you have a risk of losing your life
Now I was faced with a massive choice either I could stay home and ignore this call or I could go there and actually have a chance of maybe just maybe meeting my killer
After wondering the question and revisualizing the scenarios in my mind, I finally decided
"I’m going, I have to go"
I was on leave that day plus the chance of me being murdered were extremely low since I’m presuming that the hotel or restaurant, we were supposed to meet in had other people around there too
I got dressed and headed out - wearing a dark blue t-shirt and almost matching jeans
I got in my car and headed en-route to meet this "mystery man"
The drive towards the hotel we were supposed to meet at was very uneventful, nothing major really happened
Upon arrival at the saplagi garden hotel I was greeted by a man in a tan coloured suit who opened the door for me
Now looking back at it I now think that he was a employee of the restaurant
when I got inside my gut immediately told me that this was a place where official people dressed in suits would come and eat, or at least the place gave off the vibe of it
It had sleek ambient yellow lighting not bright but not dim either yet still they couldn't illuminate the majority of the hotel, Giving the place an awfully dark vibe, but yet I never felt darkness in there. it was light without darkness if there ever were to be a case like that
The tables were made out of solid polished wood giving it a rather shiny appearance
Right then I noticed the strangest thing about this hotel the tables didn’t have stands or any other supporting material rather they were connected to the walls of the restaurant.
Looking for where this "mystery man" was located was tricky, That was until
Right then and there is felt someone calling my name
I found out the man who has called me
"Please come and sit down" The man gestured pointing to an empty chair located in one of the rather far corners of the restaurant
He guided me to a table which was empty the only things on them were cutlery and some towels
The man looked queer the literal definition of it he wore the classic shady person outfit a large brown coat black sunglasses and a black shirt and most presumably black pants if I could have a guess
I sat down on the table he had guided me to a couple of seconds later he too sat down on it
We both stared at each other for What felt like eternity even though I knew that it had only been a couple of seconds or so
"Hey umm you must be Hrithik right?" The man mumbled
“Yes, I am” I said
“Listen I kind of scared you with the message I gave you right?”
He didn’t give me time to respond before saying this
“Well listen I am here to save you this is not a joke there are people who want to assassinate people of your kind “
“People who are rich but not wealthy rich, people who have security but not a battalion those are who they are after” he said
Then he revealed something that would change my entire view on him
“I'm part of a secret organization of the government we are secret very secret “
“We started in 1947 yet only a 100 or so people know us and you are one of them” The man replied
I could have asked him anything I wanted like how would I defend myself and so on but instead I foolishly asked him this
“So was your job always to protect people like me and others “I asked him
“Well, you could say that” The man told while giving a casual shrug
“You know how the army works don't you?” the man asked me
“Umm that’s a weird question to ask”
“Well, I’m asking you Do you know how the military works?” he asked me, his voice more stern
“Umm no” I mumbled sheepishly
Suddenly he stood up very quickly, no extremely quickly
“I Will ASSASINATE YOU”
Then my face went pale
“But I thought u were supposed to protect me??” I whimpered
In my mind I was thinking if this guy was mad
He was saying this to me without even holding a gun in the middle of a hotel where everyone could hear him
Rohith V Rahul. Is a student of 6th grade in Thiruvanathapuram. He is the only child of his parents. He says it is for this reason that he loves to read books and they turn to be his brothers and sisters. He also enjoys sci-fi movies, long journeys, adventurous games, explorations, melodies…... His dream is to be someone who can make others' days better.
Shreyansh Subudhi
Master Shreyansh Subudhi is a young genius of 8 years. He lives in Bhubaneswar and knows four languages - Odia, Hindi, English and Telugu. His hobbies are pencil sketching and painting, playing football, tennis and cricket, skating and swimming.
