AN IDEALISTIC DESIRE
" I saw the beauty of India in her diversities. I met wonderful people who are proud of their states and their respective cultures and traditions. But I am yet to find a true Indian in this vast subcontinent ." It was the remark by a distinguished foreign visitor to our country.
My dream is to find unity in diversity and DNA of India in every Indian.
To be the most populous country is not a pride but a responsibility. My dream is to stabilize the population and utilize the human resources in a productive way to bring peace, harmony, prosperity, growth, progress and development in every field in my country.
My dream is to make mother India the leader of the world by protecting our mother earth from the adverse effects of climatic chages, global warming resulting natural disasters like earthquakes , floods, forest fires, cyclones, pandemics so on and so forth. Now the world is on the verge of war. Weapons of mass destruction are under possession by almost each and every country , cold war between two power blocks are destroying the world peace and every country is thriving in apprehension of an imminent war with slightest provocation.
I dream my country to lead a peaceful and harmonious world taking the whole world as one family. As rightly said in our MAHA UPANISAD 6.71= 75 " Ayam bandhurayam neti ganana laghuchetasam , Udarcharitanam tu vasudhaiva kutumbakam."
It means :
Who discriminate , " This one is a friend and that one is a stranger " are people with petty minds ; people with evolved consciousness embrace the entire world as their own family .
I am confident to prove every word of the UPANISAD right to make India the head of that wonderful family ( Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam).
By the centenary year of our independence , I believe every Indian will be proud of his / her patriotism. As I believe, " Patriotism isn't confined to the war field only. It is the conglomeration of very small acts like planting a tree, helping a needy person, keeping everyone's door step clean , switching off lights not in use , stopping a running tap , protecting national properties etc ." Creating awareness about the value of all these small things among the people is patriotism in true sense.
If we all take a pledge to do a little sacrifice for our country, I believe my dream will be fulfilled well before 2047.

All alone, beneath a tree,
The little calf wants to flee.
Providence is not on its side, I suppose,
Sorrow is all luck chooses.
The chapter does not end here though,
Its future is about to glow.
As god’s messengers,
The nightingales swipe through the sky.
Through their song, they tell it not to cry,
It starts to prance around the tree,
Luck gave him the keys to flee.
The little one beams brightly thinking about them three.
They laughed, talked, played,
They made sure their memory would not fade.
They decided to keep this memory safe,
Thinking in mind this moment is more precious than jade.
Enjoy the fullest they can,
No man can ever can.
One of its friends went back to the sky,
So did the other one bidding their dear friend ‘Good Bye’.
Spreading their wings far and wide,
They flew away without leaving a trace in sight.
He looked at them until the sun too said bye.
However, the only thing the little one could think…
Why couldn’t he fly?
